Every floor and home is different. We’ll begin by evaluating your flooring material, species, finish and overall condition. Additionally, we’ll look at areas of concentrated wear, point out any existing scratches, deep stains, finish damage or other concerns that may not be resolved from cleaning alone.

We’ll start by removing dust, grit, hair and other loose debris from the surface. Even every day dirt and grit can act like a fine sandpaper and contribute to wear overtime. Depending on the floor and existing finish, additional preparation may be needed to ensure the new coating bonds properly.

Next, we use the Bona Deep Clean System® for both Polyurethane & Natural Penetrating Oiled Floors. We take care to use the best machines and cleaning systems designed to clean thoroughly while respecting the material and it’s existing finish. Additionally, we’ll pay special attention to high-traffic areas, entryways, kitchen spaces and other areas where dirt accumulates.

Once the floor is clean, properly prepared, and dry, we apply a compatible Bona professional floor finish, such as Bona Traffic HD® . This creates a renewed protective wear layer and refreshes the overall appearance of the floor.
